About these terms
These terms apply to retail purchases made directly from Direct Source International, LLC through the RatchetMaster website. By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable Returns/Warranty Policy.
Purchases through another retailer, dealer, or distributor are subject to that seller’s sales and return terms. Our limited manufacturer’s warranty applies to eligible purchases as described in the Returns/Warranty Policy.
Products and intended use
Review the product description, tool size, and intended application before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the products offered. Packaging and minor cosmetic details may vary without changing the product’s stated functionality.
Use tools only for their intended applications and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with them. Contact Us before purchasing if you need help selecting a tool.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes for standard checkout orders are shown before you submit your order. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations requires a separate estimate and charge as explained below.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped, unless we have agreed to other arrangements in writing. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment may be collected before an order is accepted. Do not send credit card information through our contact form or by email.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order we have already accepted.
Orders, acceptance, and availability
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Review your order carefully before submitting it.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. It does not constitute acceptance or guarantee product availability. We accept your order when the product ships.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, unsuccessful payment, or a reasonable concern about unauthorized use, we will contact you. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed order total without your consent.
Shipping and delivery
Our standard website shipping area is the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Orders normally ship within two (2) business days, unless a different timeframe is stated before purchase.
We are also willing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. Shipping charges for these destinations must be estimated and charged separately. Contact Us before placing an order for one of these destinations so we can confirm availability, provide a shipping estimate, and arrange payment of the shipping charge before shipment. We will obtain your approval before charging additional shipping costs.
Shipping services and charges available for standard checkout orders are displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law.
If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, Contact Us so we can investigate and assist. Our responsibilities for damaged shipments and order errors are described in the Returns/Warranty Policy.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate your request before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change once processing or shipment has progressed.
If the order has already shipped, the applicable return conditions will govern an ordinary return. This does not limit rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Returns and limited warranty
Our Returns/Warranty Policy explains return eligibility, authorization requirements, shipping responsibilities, refunds, warranty coverage, exclusions, and available remedies.
Please review that policy before purchasing. The ordinary return period does not shorten an otherwise valid warranty claim or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If these terms conflict with the Returns/Warranty Policy concerning returns or warranty service, the Returns/Warranty Policy controls.
Distributor and reseller orders
Submitting a distributor or reseller inquiry does not establish an authorized account or entitlement to wholesale pricing.
Wholesale accounts require approval. Approved commercial purchases are governed by the applicable written quotations, account terms, and distributor policies.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms for future purchases. The terms and warranty promises applicable when you purchased your product will continue to govern that purchase. Later revisions do not reduce rights associated with an earlier purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
